Privacy notice

This local implementation collects information you submit through the contact, employment-application, and incident-report forms. Application and incident records, signatures, and evidence are stored in private local storage and are available only to authorized staff roles.

How information is used

Contact information is used to respond to inquiries, review applications, and follow up on incident reports. The local build queues outbound messages without sending them when mail is not configured.

Before production

RKG must approve final legal copy, retention periods, access policy, and the production mail and bot-verification providers before this notice is used on a public deployment.
